• Products can be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

• Products must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels, and with the purchase receipt.
• Products must be brand new and in a complete, resalable condition.
  

Exchange

• Products can be exchanged for other products within 72 hours of purchase.
• Due to hygiene requirements, earrings cannot be exchanged.
• Products must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels, and with the purchase receipt.
• Products must be brand new and in a complete, resalable condition.
• Products that have been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
